We use the information to deliver, analyse, administer, improve and customise CS-MOVIES and marketing, to process member referrals, your registration, your orders and payments and to communicate with you on this and other topics. For example, we use the information to:

Our recommendation system strives to predict what you’ll want to see when you log in. However, our recommendation system does not extract or record socio-demographic information (e.g. your gender or ethnicity). The 7X ApS Group: we share your information within the 7X ApS Group as necessary for the purposes of: providing you with access to our service, providing support, making decisions about improvements to the service and developing content, and for other purposes described in the “Use of Information” section of this Privacy Policy.
Protection of CS-MOVIIES: CS-MOVIES may disclose and otherwise use your personal information and other information if we believe that such disclosure is necessary for (a) applicable law, legal proceedings or requests from public authorities, (b) enforcing applicable Terms of Use, including investigating potential violations thereof, (c) investigating, preventing or otherwise dealing with illegal activities or suspected illegal activities (including payment fraud), security or technical problems; or (d) protect CS-MOVIES, its users or the rights, property or safety of the public from harm, if required or permitted to do so by law.
Business transfers: in connection with any reorganization, restructuring, merger and sale, or other transfer of assets, we will transfer information, including personal data, provided that the receiving party agrees to respect your personal data in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Access to your account

“Remember me” feature: you can easily access your account by using the “Remember me on this device” feature when you log in to the site. This feature uses technology that allows us to give you direct access to your account and helps us manage CS-MOVIES without you having to re-enter your password or other user identification when your browser returns to the service.
Allowing others to access your account: if you share or otherwise allow others to access your account, they will be able to view movies you have viewed, account information (including your email address or other information in the “Account” area of our website). Removing a device’s access to your CS-MOVIES account: to remove access to your CS-MOVIES account from your devices, go to “Account” on our website, select “Sign out of” and follow the instructions to deactivate your devices (note that deactivation may not be immediate). Where possible, users of public and shared devices should log out after each visit. If you are selling or returning a computer or CS-MOVIES compatible device, you should log out and deactivate the device beforehand. If you do not take care of your password and device, or do not log out or disable the device, subsequent users may gain access to your account, including your personal data.

You can request access to your personal data or correct and update old or inaccurate personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we delete personal data that we hold about you.

When you go to “Account” on our website, you can access and update a variety of information about your account, including your contact information, payment information for CS-MOVIES, and various other account-related information (such as content you have viewed).
